- Should I use Press & Clear or Press & Glow?
  - Press & Clear is an advanced daily BHA toner that we recommend to all customers with visible congestion concerns. It features 2% salicylic acid, delivered onto the skin with encapsulation technology, to gently improve visible clarity of the skin, while working to maintain the appearance of flawless skin over time.
    Press & Glow is a daily PHA toner that we recommend to most customers, particularly those wanting to achieve visibly brighter and smoother skin. It features 5.5% gluconolactone to gently exfoliate the skin surface for a visibly glowing complexion. Both toners are proven to be suitable for sensitive skin, and both are designed to be used in combination with Medik8 CSA. If wanted you can switch between them, using Press & Clear on days when dealing with skin congestion, and Press & Glow on days you are looking for extra glow.
- Can Press & Glow be used when phasing in new strength or type of vitamin A with Medik8’s phase-in instructions?
  - We would not recommend the use of Press & Glow for new users phasing-in vitamin A. While the effects of vitamin A are optimised with the use of Press & Glow, we would always advise users to allow their skin to get used to the prior before attempting to enhance their results. Once skin has gotten into the rhythm of using vitamin A nightly (once phase-in has been completed, or a couple of weeks of using a new strength) Press & Glow is ideal for enhancing the visible results.
