How to Use
You can use the Dr. Barbara Sturm Sun Drops either added to your face cream or undiluted and applied directly to the skin. Please note that if you add the SPF serum to your face cream, this will reduce the level of SPF protection.

Is SPF 50 good for everyday use?
For everyday use, a 30-50 sun protection factor is recommended. The factor is also dependent on your own complexion, i.e. for hair and skin fairness, general lightness, 50 and up is recommended.
What is UV defense?
Protection from UV rays from the sun. SPF 30 and upwards provides high protection from sun exposure.
What SPF should I use on my face?
It’s recommended that you use at least an SPF 30 on your face. However, depending on your skin type, a safe option would be SPF 50.
When should I apply SPF products to my skin?
